About the Event

Expressive Evolution is proud to partner with Toastmasters International—a globally recognized organization known for developing public speaking and leadership skills—to present the Toastmasters Youth Speech Competition for students in Grades 3–8.

This competition gives young speakers the opportunity to develop confidence, improve communication skills, and gain official recognition in a supportive and enriching environment.

Who Can Participate

• Junior Division: Grades 3–5

• Senior Division: Grades 6–8

  
  

Awards

• First Place in Each Division: $200

• Top Three in Each Division: Official Certificate and Recognition from Toastmasters International

  
  

Entry Fee: $15

Toastmasters’ official competition fee is typically $32. Thanks to our partnership and commitment to making communication education more accessible, we are subsidizing the cost so families can register for less than half the standard rate.

Registration Process

1. Follow checkout instructions below

2. Submit the $15 registration fee

3. Receive a confirmation email with submission instructions and required forms

   
   

Submission Details

• Participants will present a three- to four-minute speech on any topic of their choice. Speeches must be:

  • Delivered live and online 

  • Recorded and uploaded to YouTube as an Unlisted video 

  • Submitted via the secure submission form we provide

  • Submit a completed Toastmasters Speaker’s Certification of Eligibility and Originality Form on the submission form given after registering

  All entries must be submitted no later than June 2nd, 2025.
